City law firm Fox Williams bolsters dedicated travel group

City law firm Fox Williams has bolstered its dedicated travel group with a new appointment.

Lucy England has joined the 36-partner firm within its commercial and technology department and will be a member of its dedicated travel group.

She moves from Bird & Bird where she was a partner in its commercial group, leading its travel practice.  

England brings understanding of the aviation and travel industries and the impact of technology on those sectors.

She has recently been advising businesses on the serious impact of the Covid pandemic. 

Fox Williams’ travel group works with UK and international travel, tourism and aviation businesses.

England said: “The travel and aviation sectors faced dramatic change before the advent of the Covid pandemic driven by new and exciting technologies.

“Covid has accelerated this change with travel businesses looking forward to a substantial post-pandemic bounce.”
