Travel.Radio has replaced its current through the night non-stop music show with a new programme.
Tony Francis (pictured) will host Early Flight from Monday to Friday between 1am and 5am from his studio in Belfast.
The Early Flight shows will compliment the Weekend Red Eye shows, presented by Joe Malerba in New York, the industry station said.
Jason Hardy, Travel.Radio’s station manager, said: “This new exciting show plugs the last remaining gap in our schedule and we are delighted to secure Tony’s talents.
“From today there will be no un-hosted shows and we will be broadcasting 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“This is particularly good news for the night owls who are already firm fans of Joe’s weekend shows, but also for our transatlantic listeners who can listen in “real” time.
“For those who can’t they can catch Tony on demand on our website.”
