The Advantage Travel Partnership has promoted two long-standing operations team members.
Lee Ainsworth (pictured left), previously head of the partnership’s in-house tour operator Advantage Holidays, will take up the newly-created position of head of operations, reporting into chief operating officer Paul Nunn.
Ainsworth will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team on managing strategic projects and driving operational efficiencies for head office and Advantage members.

Mark Pullen (pictured right) has also received a promotion and will take on the role of trading and operations manager from his position as technical project development manager.
He will be responsible for driving Advantage Holidays forward and developing AtolPlus, a scheme offering dynamically packaged holidays under the central Advantage Atol licence.
Nunn said: “Lee’s commitment and professionalism whilst heading up Advantage Holidays and in particular through an incredibly challenging past two year has been outstanding.
“He moves on from his role as the head of Advantage Holidays and its sub-division AtolPlus, leaving the operation in a position of strength and growth.
“Lee’s organisational skills, detailed knowledge of our industry, insights of the inner workings of Advantage and understanding of our members’ businesses will enable him to play a key role in achieving the business’s strategic goals.
“And from a personal perspective, I’m delighted to have him working alongside me as we continue to drive Advantage forward.”
Nunn continued: “With Lee moving away from day-to-day Advantage Holidays operations, we are delighted to be in a position to promote Mark who we have every confidence will successfully lead and continue to enhance our Advantage Holidays and AtolPlus tour operating solutions.”
