Ambassador Cruise Line has partnered with Baggex to offer door-to-door luggage delivery for customers pre and post cruise.
The partnership will offer guaranteed delivery of customers’ luggage, from collection at their home to the port before boarding the cruise ship.
Travel agents can refer clients to use the delivery service, which is offered for collection and return from £49.99 per item each way. Clients must book the service directly with Baggex via phone or email.

The line said the new partnership reaffirmed its commitment to delivering enhanced service levels at ‘affordable prices’ to customers on board and pre and post cruise.
An Ambassador spokesperson said: “Through this partnership, Baggex is guaranteeing a dedicated delivery of guests’ luggage, meaning that from collection at home to collection at the port, guests can rest assured their luggage is in safe hands.
