C&M Travel Recruitment to host reopening webinar

C&M Travel Recruitment is hosting a free webinar to help travel companies prepare for the reopening of the industry this summer.

The event is designed to offer businesses HR, legal and recruitment advice to aid their recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.

The webinar will be hosted live by C&M director Barbara Kolosinska (pictured) and attendees will be able to submit questions to a panel of industry experts including HR and talent professional Claire Steiner and Ami Naru, partner at law firm Travlaw.

Held in association with Travel Weekly, it takes place at 11am on Thursday, May 20. It follows two similar webinars held by the recruitment firm in 2020.

Topics to be covered include how to prepare for the new world of work, what to consider when bringing employees back off furlough, staff holidays and the need for quarantine, health and safety at work and on the commute to work.

Also up for discussion will be the legal issues around staff working from home and the need for increased flexibility, the ‘no jab, no work’ policies and fears that talent may leave the sector.

C&M also plans to release details of its Clubhouse panel chat, which launches soon.

Barbara Kolosinska, director at C&M Travel Recruitment, said: “With international travel set to reopen from May 17, the next few weeks and months are likely to be a very interesting and fast-moving time for the travel industry.

“We’ve put together this webinar as a way to offer help and guidance to all travel businesses as they prepare for what will hopefully be a busy summer ahead.

“This will be the third free webinar that C&M has held throughout the course of the pandemic and the previous sessions have received fantastic feedback, so we look forward to seeing you all on May 20 for another great event.”
