Constantinou Bros has hosted 110 agents from Not Just Travel for training events at two of its hotels in Paphos, Cyprus.
Forty 40 consultants took part in the homeworking agency’s seven-day Millionaires’ Retreat at the luxury Pioneer Beach Hotel.
Meanwhile, another 70 agents attended the International Mastery Retreat at the adjacent five-star Asimina Suites Hotel.
Both hotels are operated by Constantinou Bros, one of Not Just Travel’s 45 key trade partners.
As well as the training sessions, the agents explored the culture and cuisine of Cyprus, and took part in a traditional toga party, wine-tasting sessions, sightseeing trips and live entertainment.

Not Just Travel takes 100 agents on training trips to Cyprus
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, said: “In just one year, we’ve taken over 800 of our consultants on amazing trips to destinations all over the world to educate, coach, inform and enjoy the travel industry.”
The “intensive” training sessions covered business growth, strategic planning, goal setting and effective networking. Consultants also widened their industry and destination knowledge.
Millionaires’ Retreats take those relatively new to the industry and aim to take them “to the next level” by putting with leading experts and entrepreneurs.
Training focuses on customer acquisition and retention, marketing and strategies to personally develop members as travel consultants and business owners.
The International Mastery Retreat prepared consultants ahead of the upcoming peaks season. It also showcased the vision for the company, the success of the cruise division and how it can support members, and “inspiring” stories from corporate team members and successful travel consultants.
Aristos Diomedous, general manager of Constantinou Bros Hotels Group, said: “Being able to host so many consultants is an amazing opportunity. It is important for consultants to have a first-hand understanding of Cyprus as a tourist destination, including its culture, history, and people.
“Our goal is to combine these elements with an incredible stay at our hotels, and for each individual to personally experience the luxurious amenities and renowned Constantinou Bros Hotels hospitality, allowing them to share this whole experience with their clients.
“It is a valuable, mutually beneficial partnership that will develop into significant sales.”
Witt added: “Our exclusive retreats are highly prized events for the intensive training and benefits they offer.
“Once again, we are thankful to our valuable key trade partners such as Constantinou Bros and Classic Collection who are integral in making them happen and we know they benefit greatly through increased sales during and after these events.”
Not Just Travel consultant Martin Bristow, who attended the Millionaires’ Retreat, said: “I loved it; it was a game-changer.
“The event wasn’t just a fam trip to understand about the supplier’s properties, it was also brilliant to meet everybody else on the same journey.
“A real highlight was talking over dinner to consultants who have been in the business for three or four years, to understand and learn about some of their experiences.
“Steve Witt and the team have provided us with tools and some learnings that will take us to that next level in business.”
