G Adventures will see the return of its G Expedition ship for the first time since the pandemic began with its 2022-23 Antarctic itinerary.
Brian Young, managing director for G Adventures in EMEA, said the ship, which specialises in polar cruising, is a “floating classroom” and offers a “high level of education” to guests, on topics including wildlife and ecosystems.
Travellers can save up to 20% on trips booked by September 29 for travel between October 22, 2022 and March 13, 2023.

G Adventures is also offering the Antarctica Classic In-Depth itinerary, which adds on two additional days to the Antarctica Classic itinerary which it said will give guests time to “better explore its majesty”.
The lead-in price for departure on November 11, 2022 is £5,199 based on two people sharing.
Young said: “Travellers booking trips aboard our G Expedition are not only seeking a once in a lifetime adventure, but are also curious about the wildlife and ecosystems they encounter in the Antarctic region.
“The ship’s long-standing citizen science projects and education programme help them to make the most of their Antarctic expedition.
“We want to inspire travellers to become custodians of the oceans and our onboard programme helps travellers to understand more about the conservation of the birds, marine mammals, marine wildlife and ecosystems they will encounter.
“With more of our travellers seeking those bigger ticket adventures in 2022, this is a great time to snap up a deal and head to one of the most incredible places on the planet. And for those who can’t travel this year, our 2023-24 dates are now also live to book.”
