The travel agency sales team support for Hotelplan UK’s Inghams, Santa’s Lapland and Esprit brands is being boosted.
A new business development manager for the north of England and Scotland and an office-based agency sales support executive joined this week.
New business development manager Laura Harrison, who has previously worked for Avis, Disney and Thomas Cook, will represent the company to agents in the north and Scotland.
Sasha Darling, an established part of the team, is increasing her hours to cover the whole of the south of the country.
Agency sales support executive Nikita Crane is moving internally from Hotelplan UK’s reservations team to support the group’s partner agents alongside business development managers in the operator’s office in Farnborough in Hampshire.
Head of agency sales Julie Franklin said: “Now is the right time to once again build our team.
“With Sasha, Laura, Nikita and myself, we will be able to provide a better service to our agents furnishing them with more tools than ever, while supporting them to grow sales across our brands.
“Trade sales are a significant part of our business and our growth in our team reflects our commitment to our partners.
