Freya Sutcliffe has joined Newmarket Holidays in the newly established position of retail account manager for the northwest.
She has previously worked in business development and sales at operators including Jet2holidays and TTC Tour Brands and has more than 20 years industry experience.
The appointment comes as the escorted tours specialist moves to enhance its retail sales team and extend its service to a wider range of travel agents across the region.
Head of retail sales Richard Forde said: “Freya is the perfect addition to Newmarket Holidays and we are thrilled she is joining us.
“Expanding our award-winning trade team to cover and service more travel agents is a no-brainer.
