Princess Cruises has extended its 2025-26 Japan and southeast Asia season in response to demand.
The line said it experienced “record-breaking” demand for travel to Japan in 2023, and has added extra itineraries on Diamond Princess to cater for more passengers.
Princess Cruises will offer 11 additional sailings ranging between nine and 22 nights in length, visiting 25 destinations in the region.

A nine-night Circle Japan round-trip sailing from Tokyo calls at Kagoshima, Busan, Akita, Aomori and Hitachinaka. Prices start at £1,449 based on a July 27, 2025, departure.
Following its extended Japan season, the 2,670-passenger Diamond Princess will sail to Singapore on a 12-day Southeast Asia and Japan cruise, where it will operate three more itineraries.
A 14-night Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam cruise sailing roundtrip from Singapore calls at Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, Sihanoukville, Ko Samui, Phuket, Langkawi, Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The lead-in price is £2,139 based on a December 23, 2025, departure.
