A relaunched homeworking business has been granted approval for an Atol licence amid plans to grow to at least 20 agents by the end of this year.
Your Endless Travel hopes to attract homeworkers interested in putting together their own packages under its Atol, secured through Protected Trust Services (PTS).
Initially it is seeking agents with travel experience or wanting to return to the sector, but from next year will also target people new to the industry.

It currently has one homeworker, Suzy O’Sullivan, and has waived set-up fees for new staff this month as part of a recruitment drive.
Director Ross Griffiths, who set up the business in 2020 as part of The Holiday Franchise Company, teamed up with director Luke Skinner to relaunch the business as a PTS member last month.
Skinner was previously a homeworker for Holidaysplease, which launched The Holiday Franchise Company and was sold to Travel Counsellors in 2023.
The pair met at a local business networking event 18 months ago.
Griffiths said: “At that time, we didn’t have as much freedom as we wanted to be able to dynamically package, take on our own Atol and contact suppliers. We talked about joining forces and decided PTS offered the most flexibility to enable us to bring in as many suppliers as we wanted.
“We would like to act more as an agent and operator and encourage agents to come over. We want them to have the ability to bring in their own suppliers, which some consortia don’t lend themselves to.”
The agency has already appointed Katie Hollinshead as product and operations manager and hopes to recruit a training manager and business development managers over the next 12 months.
Training includes face-to-face days, which Griffiths hopes will help to build a sense of community between agents.
He said creating a strong bond was a “big focus” for the agency. The agency provides sales leads, with agents starting on a 40% share of commission but able to earn up to 50% depending on sales. Self-generated leads allow agents to start at 60% and earn up to 70%.
