Riviera Travel has added 16 new holidays to its European range for 2025, with 12 new Grand European tours, three fresh solo options and an additional ‘walk and discover’ holiday.
The escorted tours specialist has also lowered its maximum group size from 50 to 36 people on its 2025 Classic tours programme, following guest feedback.
The 12 new Grand European tours, which have average group sizes of 22, feature destinations in Austria, France, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Madeira, Portugal and Slovenia. The durations range from nine to 13 days.
The new solo tours take clients to Krakow in Poland, Slovenia and Turkey, while the new ‘walk and discover’ option is an eight-day Dubrovnik and the Dalmatian Coast holiday.

Furthermore, nine previously announced tours will now feature ‘signature experiences’, which include exclusive visits and activities available at an additional charge.
Joanne Lynn, head of short-haul product at Riviera, said: “The exciting move to a smaller group size on our Classic tours will enhance the guest experience even further.
“And our 2025 programme really pushes the boundaries of exploration, mixing classic destinations with exclusive, small-group visits.
“The new Grand tours and solo options have been designed to appeal to those who want to discover Europe in an even more insightful and eye-catching way.
“Our European tours have traditionally been for seven nights, so having longer options on offer will give guests more time to explore a destination at a different pace.”
