Accommodation-only specialist Stuba has appointed Ryan Carroll as business development manager for Scotland and north England.
Carroll, who started in the new role this week, previously worked for Cruise & Maritime Voyages, Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Hoseasons, Thomas Cook and most recently Scotrail.
He is tasked with building relationships with existing agents through visits, webinars and sales calls as well as looking for new opportunities.
Based in Dundee, he reports to head of sales for UK & Ireland Angela Muir.
Muir said: “We are thrilled to have Ryan on board. We’re looking forward to having a BDM based in Scotland, but to have someone that agents will be very familiar with is the icing on the cake.”
Carroll added: “I’m really excited to be joining Stuba. I can’t wait to get back on the road and do what I love and help agents achieve their goals, and look forward to increasing our exposure in Scotland and the north of England and working closely with our partners to mutual benefit.”
