Travelopia operators offer peak season agent incentives

Travelopia’s tailormade brands Citalia and Sovereign are to offer daily prizes for agent bookings made throughout January and February.

The agent incentive will launch on January 2, with 50 prizes on offer including wireless earbuds, a Breville blender and smoothie maker, afternoon tea hamper and Amazon Fire Stick.

Agents will automatically be entered into the random daily prize draw each time they make a booking.

In addition to the draw, agents will be able to claim a £10 Love2Shop voucher for bookings over £3,000 made between January 1 and 31, and £20 for bookings over £5,000.

Head of sales Simon Garrido said: “We have brought back our popular incentive to thank our valued partners for the support they have continued to show us this year.

“We look forward to working closely with all our trade partners again in 2023.”

Travelopia has also confirmed it will extend its call centre opening hours during peaks, with its sales teams available from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sundays.

It is also working with Hays Travel to overbrand its 2023 brochures in a first for the brands.

Garrido added: “We are delighted to support the success of Hays Travel by providing its shops with overbranded brochures and look forward to strengthening our relationship throughout the coming year.

“This partnership is something we’d like to develop and extend with other agency consortia in the coming years.”
