Tui’s Robinson brand makes debut in Cyprus

Tui’s club brand Robinson has opened its first property in Cyprus, aimed at couples, solo travellers and families.

It means the brand – which is marking its 50th anniversary – now offers 26 properties across 15 countries.

Robinson Cyprus is 30 minutes from Larnaca airport and 90 minutes from Paphos airport on the south coast of the Mediterranean island.

The property was taken over by Robinson last spring and was renovated and expanded during the winter in partnership with owner Muskita Tourist Enterprises Ltd.

It offers kids’ clubs, sports, activities and the WellFit Spa – as well as rapid antigen tests for guests before their return.

Robinson Cyprus is the first in the portfolio to be completely fitted out with the brand’s new look.

Bernd Mäser, managing director of Robinson, said: “After the last few months, everyone has had a great desire to travel and we are therefore particularly pleased to offer our guests a completely new holiday destination and another option for their holidays.

“The strong bookings for our new Cypriot entry clearly show that we have chosen the right target area and are on our way to becoming the European market leader in premium club holidays.”

Seven nights on a full-board basis at Robinson Cyprus starts from £685, with return Tui flights from Stansted to Larnaca from £195.
