Specialist travel association Aito aims to expand its membership to include 150 tour operators by 2030 after signing up 10 new organisations.

Newcomers include three operators, one travel agency, a 50-strong home-working travel agency group Inspire Travel and five business partners.

The new operator members are river cruise line AmaWaterways, Magari Tours – incorporating Success Tours and Success Retreats – and sister brands Indus Experiences and Soul of India.

Besides Inspire Travel, Aito has attracted luxury agency Berry Travel.

New Aito business partners are Expedia Taap, WebBeds, Smart Currency Group, travel management system Spark Travel and financial administration platform Felloh.

The association also expects more new members will join in the coming months, underscoring the association’s ambitious growth plans.

Aito aims to reach 150 operator members by the turn of the decade.

Executive director Martyn Sumners said: “We are thrilled to welcome such a vibrant group of members into the Aito family.

“Their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality, specialist travel experiences align perfectly with Aito’s values.

“With many more members set to join, we are well on our way to achieving our 2030 growth target, which will significantly enhance our ability to support travellers seeking unique and personalised travel experiences.”
