The the eighth ship in Oceania Cruises’ fleet has been floated out of dry dock in Italy as it prepares to enter service in a year’s time.
Allura is the line’s second 1,200-passenger ship following the introduction of Vista in May 2023.
The new vessel is now entering the final stages of construction focusing on suites, lounges and restaurants at the Fincantieri shipyard near Genoa.

Allura is due to enter service from Trieste, on July 18, 2025, cruising the eastern Mediterranean for six days to Athens.
The ship will sail to Canada and New England after its summer season in the Med before running a four-day voyage from New York City in September next year and re-positioning to its home port of Miami to run its first winter Caribbean itineraries.
