The Unforgettable Travel Group has recruited a product and contracting manager responsible for managing land and cruise supplier relationships.
Alexia Williams was previously product manager at Noble Caledonia for nine years.
Her new role follows the addition of a dedicated trade partnership manager.
They are among several appointments planned by the luxury travel company over the next few months.
Williams will help expand the firm’s land and luxury small-ship cruise portfolio in Europe and across other destinations, with a particular focus on customer retention.
She will have two direct reports, who manage the company’s offerings in Croatia and Greece.
Their current cruise programme offers more than 130 departures across Europe this year, taking in countries including Croatia, Greece and Italy.
The Unforgettable Travel Group has offices in London, New York, Split and Athens. In addition to Unforgettable Travel, it operates small-ship voyages via the Unforgettable Croatia and Unforgettable Greece brands.
Head of product Luke Stapylton-Smith said: “Our luxury small ship product has proved a great success, with consistent 100% occupancy for all sailings on departure.
“The time is ideal to further expand our portfolio, retaining those customers who have enjoyed sailing with us, as well as introducing a new audience to all the benefits of a luxury small-ship cruise experience. We have every confidence that Alexia’s experience and know-how will take us to the next level.”
Williams added: “I look forward to bringing my product knowledge and passion to strengthen the already existing destinations and to further develop the product range and be part of the company’s ongoing success.”
