Flight Centre staff to feature in new marketing campaign

Seven UK-based Flight Centre staff have been selected to take part in a new marketing campaign called Experience our Experience.

The global campaign, which looks to showcase the company’s heritage and knowledge, features staff from specific markets as “co-captains” alongside the brand’s main “captain” – a role filled by Australia-based employee Tom Walley.

The seven UK-based ‘co-captains’ are Dean Kuforiji, Dylan Amos-Brown, Lucy Rosa, Nikki Metcalf, Regina Chong, Antoinetta Wood and Rachel Newton.

Liz Mathews, UK general manager, said: “We can appreciate that as travel reopens holidaymakers might be apprehensive about where to start. Just like the couple at the beginning of our new campaign video shown surrounded by maps and sticky notes, planning doesn’t have to be confusing or frustrating.

“We’ve launched our “Been There” campaign to instil consumer confidence and encourage those who are ready to travel that Flight Centre can tailor-make it easy by people who’ve really been there.”

She added: “Our new Captains represent the pride that Flight Centre has in its people and the countries that it operates in globally.

“The seven new co-captains are designed to bring the joy back into travel, especially at this crucial time when customers are looking to use the skill, expertise and trust of a travel agent.”
