Tall-ship line Star Clippers has joined training specialist Bright as it looks “to meet some of the best independent travel agents” in the UK.
Danielle Bates, head of trade sales, said the line was “extremely happy” to be part of the trade training body.
“We are looking forward to showcasing the best of authentic tall ship sailing and sharing our love and passion for our unique ships with our valued independent trade partners, Bright will give us the platform to meet some of the best independent travel agents all over the UK,” she said.

Kirker Holidays’ Hisham Mahmoud, who is also Bright chairman, said: “It’s fantastic to have such a unique product to add to our group of specialists.
“Star Clippers is a recognised brand in authentic tall ship sailing. We look forward to helping them engage face to face with independent agents who are looking to expand their specialist tour operator offering.”
Bright, which now comprises of nine operators, confirmed it would be announcing dates for 2023 agent training events soon.
