Get your travel agent hats on each month to answer a fun P&O Cruises themed question and be in with the chance of winning an incredible prize of 1,000 Shine points. Plus, the lucky winner will also receive a delicious food hamper handcrafted by P&O Cruises Local Food Hero and acclaimed Spanish chef, José Pizarro.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises whose registered office is at Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST (“Promoter” “we” or “us”).
  1. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must satisfy all the following Entry Requirements:
    1. Be a UK resident and current employee of an ABTA registered travel agency between 8 June 2022 to 27 June 2022.
      1. Employees of Carnival plc (including group companies), their immediate family or any one directly connected with this prize draw is not eligible to enter.
    2. Be aged 18 years or over.
  1. To be eligible to enter the prize draw, entrants must be signed up to Shine Rewards Club during the prize draw period. Entrants must submit their correct contact details via the entry form provided during the prize draw period.
  1. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  1. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the entrance form available on the Prize Draw URL, between 12:00 8 June 2022 and the Closing Date before midnight 27 June 2022 (the “Competition Period”). 1 winner will be selected from all entrants.
    1. The entries must be made directly by the individual who wishes to win the prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted.
  1. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or accessible due to a technical fault, hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
  1. The winner will be first announced via the P&O Cruises Travel Agent Sales Facebook page on 29 June 2022. This will be via Facebook Live: https://www.facebook.com/pocruisesagentsales
    1. The winner will be notified by telephone/and or email, using the details registered on the entrant form, within 14 days of the Closing Date. At least five attempts will be made to contact the winner, if we are unable to contact a winner within 1 week of contact, we may withdraw the prize from that winner and select another winner.
  1. Subject always to each winner satisfying the Entry Requirements set out in 2 and 3 above, the winner will be entitled to the following prize:

1,000 Shine Points allocated to their Shine Rewards Club account and a José Pizarro food hamper delivered to the address allocated on their Shine Rewards Club account.

  1. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  1. In the event that the winner ceases to satisfy any of the Entry Requirements (set out in 2 and 3 above) they must notify us as soon as possible. In such circumstances we shall be entitled, in our absolute discretion, to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize.
    1. The winner must be signed up to shinerewardsclub.com to receive both prizes.
  1. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition draw, prize or Entry Requirements is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  1. We will not be liable, at any time, to any entrant for loss or damage unless it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees.
  1. Promoter will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this prize draw and to facilitate redemption of prizes. We will require a postal address to deliver the prize to the winner. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Shine Rewards Club privacy notice, available at: https://www.shinerewardsclub.com/privacypolicyunauth.aspx. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry. The surname and county of the winner will be available by sending an email including the name of the competition to info@shinerewardsclub.com. If an entrant objects to their surname and county being made available, please contact the Promoter on info@shinerewardsclub.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  1. This prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  1. Acceptance of the prize by the winner is subject to the HR policy of the winner’s employer and the winner must have his or her line manager’s approval to be able to accept the prize. If the winner subsequently becomes subject to disciplinary action, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any prize upon request of the winner’s employer.
  1. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to withdraw all or any part of the prize at any time and without liability.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or terminate this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control with no liability to entrants or third parties.
