Lunn Poly agencies are here to stay
Sorry Travel Weekly but you put a curious spin on the fact that just one Lunn Poly shop had been rebranded Travel House in south Wales (Travel Weekly May 22).The inference from the story is we will be rebranding more, if not all our Lunn Poly Holiday Shops in south Wales – this is not correct.
Lunn Poly is an extremely successful retail brand both nationally and in South Wales, with a strong customer base and an excellent reputation for service, value and quality.
We continue, as we have for many years now, to sell more holidays than any other retailer and have no intention of watering down our presence on the high street.
In fact, we are investing significantly in a major refurbishment programme for our retail network, involving some exciting new Lunn Poly shop formats, which are currently being trialled in the field. As a result, our staff can look forward to bright modern environments, new selling systems and a stylish new uniform, which will berolled out in the near future.
We have been leading the market for years. Let me assure you, we have every intention that Lunn Poly will continue to lead the market in the future.

n Editor’s note: We stated one shop had been rebranded and said others could follow.
