As I was flicking through a recent copy of Travel Weekly,I noticed a full page advertisement fromBritish Airways sayingthank you to travel agents forvoting them theBest European Airline and Best South American Airlineat the Travel Weekly Globe awards.
And how do they repay us? By cutting commission. Yes, thank you very much British Airways, I’m sure thatus travel agentswon’t be supporting you for much longer if you keep this sort of behaviour up.
