Eurostar renews agreement with Concorde
EUROSTAR and Concorde Hotel Group have renewed a marketing agreement for joint promotions aimed at the business travel, conference and incentive markets.Under the partnership, the two companies will continue to work closely together to expand their business in these sectors.
They said the joint efforts make particular sense because Concorde has conference hotels in Eurostar’s three principle destinations served from London, Paris, Brussels and Lille.
Eurostar head of business sales in the UK, Mike Lambrou, said: “The first 12 months have been good for both companies. In the year ahead, Eurostar will be developing its product to help the business customer. For example, we have recently reduced the check-in time to just 10 minutes for all business category tickets and there are more improvements to come.”
As well as running joint marketing promotions, Concorde is a partner in the train operator’s Frequent Traveller programme.
