Ski Esprit puts focus on families
INDEPENDENT operator Ski Esprit has launched its 2000/01 brochure with the emphasis on attracting the family market. It has added advanced ski schools in Courchevel and La Rosiere – both in France – for seven to 12-year-olds with three or more weeks’ skiing and has extended its super sprites programme – with slalom, snowboarding and jumping – to La Rosiere.
Managing director Derek Jones predicted growth in the family market this winter.
“The service and facilities introduced are a direct result of listening to our customers’ comments during the last few seasons,” he said.
The operator is featuring five new chalets in La Rosiere, four in Courchevel and one in Montchavin. Charter flights from Manchester are also new. Prices, which have remained level with this year, lead in at £400 per person for seven nights’ chalet accommodation in La Plagne including flights, breakfast, six evening meals with wine and one night’s babysitting per week.
