n Cadogan teams up with valtur


Cadogan Holidays is moving into the all-inclusive market in association with Italian all-inclusive operator Valtur. Featured destinations include Sardinia, Sicily, Austria, Tunisia, Morocco, the Red Sea, Turkey, Costa Rica, Cuba,Dominican Republic, Mexico, Brazil, Mauritius and the Maldives. Prices start at £436 per person for seven nights in Marilleva, Italy.


n Club rockley completes $500,000 upgrade of nine-hole golf course


All-inclusive resort Club Rockley, set in 70 acres of tropical parkland on Barbados’ south shore has completed a $500,000 upgrade on its nine-hole golf course, where all residents can take advantage of daily golf clinics. Club Rockley also offers a free wedding package when eight or more adults travel on one booking. The lead-in price for winter 2000 is £1,049 per person for seven nights departing from Gatwick.


n superclubs to open four-star property on brazil’s north coast this autumn


SuperClubs is opening the four-star Super-Inclusive Breezes Sauipe in Bahia on Brazil’s north coast in the autumn, one of five planned international hotels in the mega-resort complex. Brazil’s most ambitious tourism project to date, rooms will total 1,650. Facilities will include an equestrian centre and an 18-hole championship golf course. Prices lead in at £1,489 for seven nights. SuperClubs also has three new products under construction in Cuba — one of which will include a camp for children — and another in St Kitts.


n Libra holidays offers winter sun breaks at four-star anastasia beach hotel


All-inclusive Cyprus specialists, Libra Holidays, is offering winter sun from £328 per person at the four-star Anastasia Beach Hotel. Libra’s Cyprus programme for 2000/2001 has expanded to include 10 properties ranging from four-star hotels to apartments with on-site restaurants.


n jmc guarantees free places for children at new benidorm property


JMC plans to open the 364-room all-inclusive Hotel Flamingo Oasis in Benidorm next May. Situated 800 metres from Levante Beach, the hotel is designed to be a Kids World property with its two children’s clubs operating six days and three evenings a week. JMC will also offer guaranteed free places for children. Outdoor and indoor pools, tennis courts, two restaurants, gym and sauna are among planned facilities. The lead-in price for a family of four is £1,346 for seven nights departing Gatwick between May 1-7, next year.
