New ship adds to Star Clippers itineraries
STARClippers has launched its 2001/2002 brochure, featuring its new ship, Royal Clipper.
The brochure has new winter and summer programmes for the ship, launched in July, as well as its Star Clipper and Star Flyer vessels.
Star Clipper will sail out of St Maarten in the Caribbean from November to April and then cross the Atlantic to reposition in Civitavecchia near Rome for the summer season.
Royal Clipper will sail out of Barbados weekly on two alternating schedules, which will be fed by flights out of Gatwick. One week the ship will call at Martinique, Iles des Saintes, Antigua, St Kitts, Dominica and St Lucia and the other week at Martinique, St Lucia, Bequia, Tobago Cays, Grenada and an island of the captain’s choice.
Lead-in prices for repositioning voyages aboard Star Flyer start at £1,960 per person, while Mediterranean cruises on the ship start at £1,060 for a week.
