Delegates to give Jeans hard time at Advantage conference

RYANAIR sales and marketing director Tim Jeans is expected to receive a cool reception when he addresses agents at the Advantage Travel Centre’s conference in Killarney, Ireland this weekend.

His speech comes amid threats from the airline to cut links with agents after its row with ABTA over Passenger Service Charges.

British Airways director of worldwide sales Dale Moss is also expected to be grilled by agents when he addresses the conference on ‘Giving Agents Value’.

Other speakers lined up include JMC sales and UK service delivery director Denis Wormwell, Airtours specialist holidays managing director Matthew Cheetham and First Choice holidays division deputy managing director John Wimbleton.
