OFT demands financial data
THE TOP four tour operators could still face legal action from the Office of Fair Trading on cancellation charges.
The OFT has said information submitted by Thomson, Airtours, First Choice and JMC last week did not include the financial details it requested.
It has written to them again to demand more information.
An OFT spokesman said: “Until the issue is resolved we will not rule out legal action.”
