Libra retains Egypt service

LIBRA Holidays will operate its Manchester to Sharm el Sheikh flight during the summer after a successful winter season.

Sales and marketing director Kim Wonnacott said she expected a further increase in sales for the destination. The operator had planned to drop the flight in the summer.

Wonnacott said: “Sharm el Sheikh has been very popular over the winter season and we anticipate a continued rise in bookings over the summer.

“Our Manchester flight has opened up the Red Sea area to many new clients.”

The Excel flight, to be shared by Libra and Goldenjoy, will depart every Friday from May 25 until October 26.
