TTC Training produces ‘how to recruit trainees’ pack
TTCTRAINING has produced a recruitment pack for employers seeking advice on how to recruit a trainee.
The pack includes information about the TTC’s Travel Training Programme for 16- and 17-year-old school-leavers, how to interview candidates, details about equal opportunities and comments from previous employers who have managed to recruit new trainees through the programme.
TTC, which is just starting its spring recruitment campaign for the programme, is also holding ‘Check in to Travel’ events for young people and school-leavers.
These give potential recruits the opportunity to find out more about the travel and tourism industry and the Travel Training Programme.

nTTC Training has appointed Netta Davidson as a regional training adviser in Scotland, responsible for visiting and assessing agents on the Travel Training Programme.
Davidson joins the organisation from Travelcare in Falkirk, where she worked part-time as a travel consultant.
