Don’t make BA’s mistake

BMIbritish midland chief executive Austin Reid has gone to great lengths to explain how and why the carrier is looking to save money. It will set agents’ minds at rest to know that commission cuts aren’t currently part of the plan. Unfortunately, he seems to think Fresh Approach has been a success for British Airways.

Maybe he should ask the trade what it thinks before he makes his next move.
