HOLIDAY Autos’ accommodation-only division Holiday
Hotels plans massive expansion following the launch of its website.
The site – www.holidayhotels.co.uk – offers hotels in
European and US cities and resorts.
Within the next year, managing director Sara Zimmerman
aims to include many more long-haul destinations. “We will move into the
Caribbean, Australia and South Africa where there is demand from independent
travellers,” she said.
Among others, Holiday Hotels is working with Sol
Melia, Jurys Doyle and Six Continents. Prices include £14 per person per night
at the three-star Hotel Jason, Ipsos, Corfu, based on two sharing.
Holiday Hotels is looking to
secure bookings by giving agents a chance to win up to £1,000 of House of
Fraser vouchers for each on-line booking. The promotion runs until August 31.
