AIRPORTS
across Britain are witnessing heightened security against terror attacks after
troops moved in to patrol Heathrow.
Armed
police are patrolling terminal buildings at Manchester and there is increased
security at Leeds/Bradford.
Around
1,500 extra troops and police are monitoring the perimeter and terminal areas
of Heathrow.
The
threat is thought to come from groups with links to the al-Qaeda terror
network.
