The
travel industry’s top management consultants have just put the finishing
touches to the free factsheet, which includes handy tips on what you should be

charging
for, what level to set charges at and how to explain them to customers.

Much
of the advice draws on lessons learned during the recent makeover of Real
Holidays in Islington, undertaken by Egremont. The project, covered exclusively
by Travel Weekly, was unveiled at the ABTA Convention in Palma.
