n genesys plans clinic for BTTF exhibition



Travel technology consultancy Genesys is running a technology clinic at the British Travel Trade Fair on Wednesday and Thursday at the Birmingham NEC, Hall 9. Partner at Genesys Paul Richer will be giving a seminar entitled Winning ways on the Web on Wednesday.



n REsmanager aims for uk operator sales



Irish company Complete Data has introduced a new system, ResManager, for small or medium-sized operators who handle around £15m or more worth of bookings a year. It handles bookings, hotel allocations, flight manifests, voucher printing, ticket printing, and accounts. Prices start from £9,950 for the Windows-based system. n ebookers signs up with dolphin dynamics



On-line travel company ebookers.com has signed up for Dolphin Dynamics’ customer management and accounting system to handle bookings made on its Web site and call centres. The front-office product Dolphin Wave and the back-office product Dolphin for Windows will be rolled out across the ebookers’ European operation by the end of April.



n Leisurehunt plugs independent travel site



A new Web site for the independent leisure traveller, called LeisureHunt.co.uk, lists 50,000 independent properties located across the UK – ranging from bed and breakfasts and guest houses to five-star luxury hotels. LeisureHunt recognises around three million place names, so clients can type in their destination and find the nearest hotel. The company anticipates in excess of £1m in bookings this year.
