Hayes and Jarvis is hoping to more than double customer numbers for selected cities in its US programme as it enters its third year of trading.
Regional product and contracts manager Alex Law said 130% sales growth to Miami year on year, and more than 130% to Las Vegas and New York was mainly down to employees’ product knowledge. She added that customers were taking advantage of the pre-bookable extras on offer.
She added: “We’ve been doing a lot more marketing as well as training our reservations team so they [staff] understand the different hotels on offer.
“Hayes and Jarvis is all about experiencing the destination – getting out and seeing it – so we’re offering lots of pre-bookable excursions.”
In addition to the excursions, the US brochure has two extra hotels in New York, bringing the total to 10 three new resorts in Las Vegas, bringing the total to 14 and the inclusion of the Art Deco Winter Haven in Miami means there are six properties on offer.
The brochure goes on sale today.
