Gold Medal has launched its largest North America brochure as the peak sales period shows strong bookings to the region.
Head of travel industry sales Lee Marshall said the 180-page 2008 America and Canada brochure features five new hotels in the New York section, two in Miami and five in Boston.
There are three new flydrive programmes being included to appeal to the increasing number of repeat clients.
Marshall added: “We’ve just added a few bits to this year’s programme which we see as putting the icing on the cake.”
He said sales to the US are strong, adding: “The growth isn’t just in Orlando but across the whole country as there’s so much to do.”
Marshall said the continued strength of the pound against the dollar is driving the bookings.
The operator is continuing to focus on driving sales through the trade and is running a promotion allowing agents booking the progamme’s hotels to double the number of promotional Farebank loyalty scheme points they earn. The promotion runs until the end of the month.
Prices lead in at £399 for a three-night break in New York including return flights and accommodation.
