Itineraries set for Olympic Voyager’s 2000 outings

Royal Olympic cruiseline has released details of its new ship, Olympic Voyager, which will be launched in June 2000.

The ship’s design enables it to reach speeds of up to 27 knots, about eight knots more than most other cruiselines.

Olympic Voyager will operate seven-day cruises to three continents, Europe, Africa and Asia, with lead-in prices starting at £870 per person.

UK head of operations Vic Howlett said:”Because most other cruise ships are slower, it will take them 10 or 11 days to do the same kind of trip.”
