Kuoni Travel has launched its 2009 Worldwide brochure with new services and a new look designed to make it easier for customers to use.
The company is launching a concierge service as part of the new initiative which allows agents to book customers everything from a private transfer to the airport to the exclusive services of a local guide. The Kuoni Exclusives initiative applies to 100 holidays in the brochure and highlights everything from islands in the Maldives that are exclusive the Kuoni to its own personal safaris and tours.
Managing director Nick Hughes said the new services would guarantee customers every needs are met.
He added: “Kuoni’s tailor-made business has grown by 50% over the past couple of years and we are responding to customers’ ever increasing expectations of personalised recommendations, assistance and opportunities.”
“The product guys have been working hard to come up with these benefits for customers and there’s a whole range of these exclusives.”
Meanwhile he added the redesign of the brochure itself means not only has the colour scheme changed but by reducing the amount of copy in the brochure, it is hoped that customers will find it simpler to navigate.
