Packaged club holiday. I think that they are too organised and contrived. Idislike the thought of watered down all-inclusive cocktails.

My favourite TVprogramme is, embarrassingly, The Waltons, the book is To Kill a Mockingbird and the film is Eraser.

The theatre and then dinner.

Born: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Education: MT Gravatt High School, Brisbane.



Path to career: in 1982, Ros joined Queensland Government Tourist Board as a secretary. In 1983, she went to the Queensland Government Tourist Bureau, Sunshine Coast, working as a cadet consultant before taking up the post of travel consultant and assistant manager at the Queensland TravelCentre in Adelaide in the same year. She then became the manager at the Queensland Holiday Shop before joining Tourism Queensland, London, in 1991 as co-ordinator and sales manager.
