Kuoni UK has been ranked among the Sunday Times Best 100 companies to work for the fifth year running.

Initiatives including its biggest ever overseas educational programme for staff, an induction programme for new starters and staff parties were listed as some of the reasons why the operator scored highly as a great place to work.

Kuoni, which is due to move into new offices in Dorking in May, scored highly for categories including: ‘I love working for this organisation’, ‘I am excited about where this organisation is going’ and ‘My manager cares about how satisfied I am in my job’.

The company’s new head office at One Dorking Office Park is being designed to retain and attract the best staff in keeping with its position as one of the country’s leading employers, according to managing director Derek Jones.
