River cruise specialist Phoenix Holidays has increased its commission for agents selling river cruises on Arlene.
Agents who book cruises departing before December will receive 15% commission, instead of the standard 10%. The ship travels to destinations including the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany.
Phoenix Holidays founder Anu Desai said: “We feel that river cruises are one of the hidden gems for agents in these challenging times in terms of commission. We’re getting lots of repeat business for our river cruises on Arlene, and we want to repay the loyalty that agents have shown to us by increasing commission.”
Desai said Phoenix Holidays started working with the trade last year, and is keen to sign up more agents.
The company also provides in-house training on all of its products and other staff incentives.
