Law firm Fox Williams has appointed associate Anna Tindall as it bolsters its travel team.
Partner Rhys Griffiths joined the firm last year to head up its travel group with a remit to build a ‘one-stop legal service to the travel industry’.
Tindall, a travel and aviation expert, has held roles with low cost carrier fastjet plc, and leading air charter broker, Air Charter Service, where she advised on matters including charter contracts, aircraft management contracts and on travel compliance and regulation.
The Fox William team is currently advising clients on business critical issues arising from the Covid-19 pandemic such as Atol, chargebacks, acquirer relationships, regulatory and consumer obligations and recoveries against suppliers,
Griffiths said: “The impact of Covid-19 is causing disruption to every aspect of the travel industry. We are working with clients to help resolve the commercial and regulatory problems they are facing and that, even a few months ago, could not have been anticipated.
“I am delighted Anna has joined us and our extended team of lawyers within Fox Williams, to address the very many issues that our clients are currently encountering. It’s important that we are doing all we can to help our clients survive, recover and thrive again once we come out of this.”
