Blue Islands releases summer 2021 schedule

A schedule of UK regional routes for summer 2021 has been put on sale by Channel Islands carrier Blue Islands.

The airline plans to serve Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton and Newquay from Jersey and Guernsey.

Next summer’s network from March 28 also includes routes from Southampton to Dublin and Manchester; East Midlands to Jersey and Manchester to Exeter.

The former franchise partner of failed regional carrier Flybe is offering double points in its new Blue Skies Club frequent flyer programme to encourage summer 2021 bookings by September 4.

Chief executive Rob Veron said: “Blue Islands’ summer 2021 schedule sees high frequency services across its UK network including up to three flights each way per day on Exeter–Manchester and Southampton–Manchester services, plus a daily Southampton–Dublin service is included in the schedule.

“Furthermore, the airline is also serving Exeter–Jersey together with double daily Bristol-Jersey flights and up to four flights per day on Southampton-Jersey to facilitate same-day return options.

“Summer 2021 will also see the return of Blue Islands’ summer service from Newquay to Jersey and Guernsey.”
