Jet2holidays is offering travel agents the chance to win a week of radio advertising through a new shop window competition.
Agency businesses have been urged to be creative with their window displays and show Jet2holidays something the firm has “not seen before”.
The purpose of the competition is to breathe life back into the high street, Jet2holidays said.
The operator is also due to list independent travel agencies selling Jet2holidays on its website to encourage more booking via high street retailers.
Jet2holidays’ window display competition last year saw agents at Waltham Abbey Travel in Essex win £500 of marketing activity with Jet2holidays after stripping off behind the operator’s branding.
To enter this year’s competition, agents must submit a photo of their window display via Jet2holidays’ trade website.
The competition runs from September 1 to September 30. Winners will be announced in the week commencing October 5 and radio advertising campaigns for the 10 winning agencies will be in November.
