Aer Lingus saw passenger numbers increase by 2.1% in November to 766,000 over the same month last year.
Short-haul numbers, including Aer Lingus Regional, rose by just 1% to 679,000 as the airline was affected by threatened industrial action.
The short-haul passenger load factor was down by 3.1 points to 70.5% with capacity decreasing by 2.7%.
“Short-haul flown load factor performance, with its high dependency on Irish originating demand, was adversely impacted by threatened industrial action in the month,” the Irish carrier said.
Long-haul passengers were up by 13% to 87,000 with an improved load factor of 85.7%.
