The Skiddaw Hotel in Keswick, Cumbria, has launched its first dedicated brochure for the conference and incentive market. The brochure includes detailsof team developmentprogrammes organised by the hotel. In order to mark the brochure launch, it is giving the first 10 bookings of over 15 delegates a free upgrade. Room rates start at £75.



n Ayscough travel wins NAAFI account



Ayscough Travel has won the business travel account of the Navy, Army and Air Force Institute. The Institute is responsible for supplying leisure and shopping facilities to military RAF bases.The account, which is worth £1m, covers all UK and worldwide travel arrangements and will be handled by Ayscough’s Swindon office.Previously, NAAFI’sbusiness travelarrangements werehandled internally.

Business Travel Plus has celebrated its 25th anniversary by announcing that 1999 is going tobe the most successful in the company’s history.The Lancashire-basedbusiness travel agency is on target to make a record turnover of £10m thisyear.
