First Aviation to expand capacity offering

Monarch Group air charter broker First Aviation plans to expand its capacity offering to include aircraft and locations worldwide.

The company unveiled a new brand identity and website – firstaviation.co.uk – with more information and easier navigation as part of a relaunch.

The website also includes an online enquiry system which promises rapid responses from its Crawley-based team.

The introduction of new systems will reduce response times with detailed quotations produced the same day.

First Aviation, which has historically mainly specialised in chartering capacity on Monarch Airlines, is now able to offer a wider choice of aircraft, available from airports at hundreds of destinations worldwide.

Managing director John Romo said: “To ensure we offer the highest levels of customer experience and value, we are investing heavily in new systems that will give our clients an unparalleled choice of thousands of aircraft across the globe. From A380s to four-seat business jets, from Anchorage to Zagreb, we now have the globe covered.

“Since we launched in 2003, we’ve arranged charters carrying over 32 million passengers for over 1,500 companies.

“During that time, the aviation charter market has evolved and customers today are looking for greater choice, value and service.

“We believe the introduction of our new systems coupled with our proven track record will help to make us the partner of choice for brokers and charter clients worldwide.”
