Monarch Travel Group hails WorldHost accreditation first

Monarch Travel Group has become the world’s first tour operating organisation to be awarded ‘WorldHost Recognised Business’ status, demonstrating its commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

More than 400 staff from the group’s contact centre, head office and overseas teams have undertaken WorldHost customer service training which reinforces core service principles as well as providing specialist guidance on creating an outstanding experience for all customers.

Monarch Travel Group managing director Phil Boggon said: “Our customers are the focus of everything we do as a business and with excellent service at the heart of our offering, all staff have fully embraced this important training course by applying it to their day-to-day interactions with colleagues and customers.

“The WorldHost programme has provided a consistency across the business and ensured we are always completely focussed on ensuring that all our customers receive superior service throughout their holiday with us.”
